 MARCH SUPER WEEKEND SALE!

Hold on to your hats!  We are into March so there will probably be wind and rain, but I also have a lot to rush you through in this Super Weekend Sale Notice!  First things first, there will be LOADS of things on sale this weekend!  Books, Notions and Patterns will all be 20% off, but that is just the beginning...  Head back to the classroom and check out deals like Fat Quarters for 99 cents!  Fat 8th's for 50 cents!  Selected yardage for $5.00 per yard!  And, the Patriotic collection from Wilmington Prints will be 30% off!!  Loads of other goodies will be in the classroom with prices too good to pass up!  Selected kits and precuts up to 50% off - it's worth checking out, even it you do have to go out in a rainstorm.

Now that I've used up my allowance of exclamation points, I want to remind you that the QA show is this month from the 17th thru the 19th at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe.  Be sure to grab a Program at the show so you can bring in the coupon for the Shoppe next time you stop by.  Also for your calendar next month is the All in Stitches Quilt Show at the Xfinity Center in Everett, April 28th and 29th.

Have you heard that March is Women's History Month?  Or that Wednesday March 8th is International Women's Day?  I'm celebrating at the Shoppe on Wednesday - and inviting you to come in and pick up a free gift!  Whether you are a woman or you just happen to appreciate a woman you qualify for a free gift!  My thoughts on Women's History tend to be personal and tied up with my mom and the history that she lived - contrasted with the history I have lived.  She was a quilter and she was incredibly generous with her friendship, humor and caring - yet incredibly selfish with her temper, gossip and judgements.  It is in remembrance of her generosity that I celebrate Women on the 8th.  I will have cookies in the classroom and the gifts will be surprises but, honestly, no junk I'm just trying to get rid of!  Some will get a yard of fabric, some will get fat quarters, some will get a new book or notion.  It's Wednesday only so try to stop in and, please, bring a group of quilters with you, but don't bring a whole group of folks you find on the street just to get lots of free stuff!!!  That would be such a disappointment - I know you wouldn't think of doing that, but if you hear anyone contemplating it, please try to discourage them.

We still have openings in the Hexagon Class with Krista Moser and the Hidden Wells Class with Judy Irish so sign up and learn something!

Happy March!
